Keynote speaker
Madelyn Toliver is the Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion for PNC. In that role, She establishes, implements and evaluates programing for Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) to align with the Corporation's overall D&I strategic goals. She identifies metrics that will demonstrate success, accountability and sustainability; identifies talent that can help to be a caulis of change; provides thought leadership for individuals and groups.; and serves as a lead champion and influencer for diversity and inclusion practices across the organization, including using effective change management practices.
