We are going to kick off the month of May with a webinar hosted by National ATD for our local ATD Chapter on the Capability Model. This is a great opportunity to learn what this is exactly and how it will help with development. There have also been changes to the ATD certifications and this will be a great opportunity to learn what those are and if you have been wondering about getting certified this may help you understand more about the process.
In this webcast we will cover the following:
+ New ATD Capability Model -- what prompted the update, what are the key features and biggest differences from the former model?
+ Self-assessment -- how to take the self-assessment and how to interpret the results.
+ Professional development -- ATD resources for filling competency gaps.
+ Certification -- what ATD certifications are available? How does one achieve and maintain them?
