The Role of Learning in Building Connectedness

    About This Event

Learning is the key to organizational development. At the heart of organizations of any type lies a web of connectedness between people, ideas, problems, and solutions. This WEB consists of nodes with critical relationships to explore. Do we pay enough attention to those relationships when designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences? How can we develop our skills to lean into these ever-growing complex relationships? In this session, we’ll explore the role of learning in building connectedness, the place where the value of learning comes to life.
