Join us to learn how to increase engagement in your virtual events!
We’re all spending more time virtually this year, including our ATD Pittsburgh chapter events. In our recent member survey, you said you’d like to see us combine programming and networking. In our July 15 ‘Lunch & Learn’ event, from 12 noon – 1:15 pm, we’re doing just that!
We are thrilled to have Kassy LaBorie join us to lead a session titled ‘Interact & Engage: Activities for Engaging Virtual Training’. During this session, you will learn what you can do to be successful in the virtual environment and avoid having everyone ask for a recording or a copy of the slides five minutes into your next virtual event. You’ll analyze the activities demonstrated and brainstorm where the techniques could be applied to your virtual training programs. You’ll explore the specific challenges of managing the technology, and brainstorm solutions to the engagement problems you are likely to experience with your live online attendees when technical problems arise.
Since 2008, Kassy has participated in over 100 industry conferences as a speaker, expert panelist, and workshop trainer, as well as a popular author on the topic. She will share her expertise with us in a highly interactive and engaging session.
We will also have dedicated time to network with each other in breakout groups and include a few prize drawings. This will serve as our summer networking event since in person gatherings are still limited. You won’t want to miss this session! Hope to see you there.
The session is free for ATD Pittsburgh members and $10 for non-members. All are welcome!
