VIRTUAL LUNCH & LEARN: IMPROV for COLLABORATION and LEADERSHIP

In this workshop, you will learn and apply the basics of Improv to build your skills and confidence in providing vision and establishing psychologically safe environments where collaboration can occur.  The workshop’s activities and exercises will expand your confidence in appropriate risk taking and give you positive experiences to draw from when unfamiliar situations occur.  This will happen in a psychologically safe environment so participants can experience the freedom of such an environment. All activities will build communication skills. This fully interactive workshop will get individuals playing together while building business relevant skills.

Monica LeSage is a dynamic speaker and facilitator who is well known to ATD Pittsburgh.  She has nearly 25 years of experience working with business professionals, peers, healthcare professionals, patients, and students in simplifying complex information and influencing behavior.  In addition, she has been a certified Dale Carnegie facilitator for 7 years and holds several additional certifications.
