About the program

Doesn’t it seem like some trainers, facilitators, managers and teams make “it” happen, no matter what “it” is? Even in uncertainty or times of crisis, they find a way to turn opposition into opportunity. They transform the stumbling blocks of conflict and misunderstanding into stepping stones for success and light bulb moments. For these high-achievers, building collaborative relationships is priority one. Whether in-person or dispersed, they understand that members of their teams and participants in their sessions can go further when aligned. The good news is that you, too, can leverage the power of relationships and drive results.

Objectives

  • How to build and nurture relationships by increasing your skills in Relationship Intelligence
  • How to improve the content of conversations to reduce conflict
  • Tips to help you use strengths to solve unforeseen challenges, boost collaboration and drive results
  • Tip to help you leverage Relationship Intelligence to improve training
