To meet company goals, organizations need capable leaders to guide the company. But due to unforeseen developments like “The Great Resignation” and pandemic-related financial pressures companies are facing, many organizations’ talent pipeline is not being developed because companies often address these challenges with cutbacks in training and development investments.
