The purpose of the session is to discuss leadership and share best practices, inspiring connection, and curating belonging.

We hope to begin a conversation about solutions and ideas to help encourage chapter members to reignite their confidence, make bold plans to take calculated risks in their career, and be intentional about integrating (NOT balancing) their personal and professional lives.

Instead of a traditional workshop with content delivered by an “expert," leadership coach Christy Uffelman, founder of EDGE Leadership Solutions, will facilitate a group coaching experience with you and your peers around YOUR experiences, solutions, and ideas to help employees have the courage to take risks to step UP and step IN-to your career and your life.
