Your ticket includes: Appetizers and drink tickets. Discount game tickets will be available to purchase.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Greater Than 72 Hours Prior to Event

• Participant please email president.atdpgh@gmail.com to request refund.
• In email, participant to request refund paid towards future event within the next six months or money refunded.
• If money is refunded there may be a small processing fee

Less Than 72 Hours Prior to the Event

• No refund will be issued less than 72 hours prior and including not showing for the event (“no show”).
• Any special circumstances for refund within 72 hours must be approved by the Chapter President
