About the Program

You might be interested if: You have a vested interest in onboarding at your organization

This FREE, ½ day, Hybrid, ‘Onboarding Roundtable’ is open to any professional who has a vested interest in the onboarding process. Participants will brainstorm ideas, imagine new onboarding strategies and help each other in sharing best practices. This will be a very participatory session (no key speakers) so, be prepared to come and work!

9:15 am  A brief introduction to ATD Pittsburgh and Dr. Angela Rogers to set the stage

9:15 am -10:30am Work Session

10:30am -10:45am Break (can purchase snacks on your own)

10:45 am - 12:00pm Work Session


About the Host

Jeff Tobe, M. Ed, is an ATD Pittsburgh Member and an Organizational Development & Training professional at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory, an 8000+ person organization.

Angela Rogers, Ph. D is an ATD Executive Board Member and works at Penn State in the Applied Research Lab in Leadership Development, Culture, and Student Programs. She recently completed her Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development; her dissertation topic was onboarding.
