Greg Simpson is the Managing Director at Agent In Engagement, a consultancy dedicated to enhancing workplace experiences for companies and their employees. He’s led transformative initiatives for Fortune 150 firms, including Accenture, State Farm Insurance Cos, Deutsche Bank, and Microsoft, recognizing the fundamental importance of an engaged workforce for organizational success. Greg is on a mission to help company leaders provide compelling reasons for talented individuals to join, engage, and stay with their organizations.
Additionally, Greg has been actively engaged in the ATD Community since 2015, serving at the national level as a member of the ATD Chapter Recognition Committee. Over his three terms as Chapter President and five years on the ATD NYC Board, the Chapter achieved remarkable success, garnering 17 ATD Sharing Our Success (SOS) awards and being named Chapter of the Month three times. While no longer in a formal role, Greg remains an active chapter volunteer.

Lindsay is a Director of Talent Development with 10+ years’ experience in designing, managing and facilitating engaging learning experiences in 20 countries around the world. As a business partner for internal clients, Lindsay develops high performing teams by providing strategically aligned talent programs and high impact training interventions and being a creative disruptor in the Learning and Development field.
Lindsay held the President role of ATD NYC in 2021 and still remains active in the chapter today. When not helping others develop their careers, he can be found hanging out with his two cats, learning a new language, or planning his next travel adventure.

Lisa A. Bing is a strategy and leadership expert. Lisa is a ATD NYC Past President and award winning consultant and speaker. Famed consulting wizard Alan Weiss says Lisa is an “avatar” for improving adult performance rapidly and dramatically. She is the first African-American Million Dollar Consultant Hall of Fame inductee.

As a Training Specialist at Spirit Airlines, Jenn combines hdr passion and skillset in coaching, mentoring, and training/facilitation to change the world one human at a time. Jenn is ATD NYCs most recent Past President and still remains active leading the chapter as VP of Talent Management to this day.
With almost 10 years of experience in learning and development, she support our Guest Care team by taking complex policies and procedures and disseminating that information into something that is digestible, usable, and memorable for our global front-line team who answer the phone and respond to your email, chat, text, or social media posts.

Building Personal Capability: Lifelong Learning
ATD Mid-Atlantic Regional Webinar Programs are pre-approved through the ATD Greater Philadelphia Chapter by the ATD Certification Institute for continuing education credits. These credits are based on the ATD Capability Model may be applied towards recertification by Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credential holders. This program: 1.25 credits.

If money is refunded there may be a small processing fee

No refund will be issued less than 72 hours prior and including not showing for the event (“no show”).
Any special circumstances for refund within 72 hours must be approved by the Chapter President
