The Conversation Clinic: Elevating your Work Conversations & Workshops

About This Event

Work conversations can easily go off track--whether it's a disruptive attendee, a meeting that goes in circles, or a lack of participation. When this happens, momentum slows, tension rises, and trust can erode. Too often, we accept these challenges as unavoidable.

This session offers a different perspective: everyday work conversations can be energized, productive and inspiring. You'll be introduced to a practical framework developed by the speaker, based on consistent feedback about her facilitation style, and a desire to capture what works best.

This workshop adds another tool to your professional toolbox, helping you bring more rigor and intention to how you design meetings and work-related conversations. A key feature of the session is "the clinic", where participants will consult each other live using the framework to address real challenges.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe a repeatable framework for energizing and focusing work conversatons.

  • Apply the framework to common workplace scenarios.

  • Consult with peers in real-time to address live conversation challenges.

  • Add a new, practical tool to their meeting and facilitation toolkit.
