About This Event

What is the Career Transitions CoP?

The Career Transitions Community of Practice (CoP) is ATD Pittsburgh’s brand-new peer network designed to support professionals navigating career moves into, within, or beyond Learning & Development. The community will provide support around resumes, interviewing, networking, portfolio development, and motivation. 

Who It’s For?

This community is built for any professional in motion, including career switchers entering L&D, practitioners targeting advancement, and talent development professionals translating their expertise toward external career paths.

What We’ll Do at Our First Meeting?

Our inaugural kickoff on October 8th is an interactive session where you will:

  • Connect with Peers

  • Shape the Agenda of the group

  • Set Community Norms
