Building High-Performing Teams in the Age of AI

About This Event

An interactive, highly engaging session designed to equip leaders and teams with a shared language and practical tools for building high-performing, adaptive teams in an AI-enabled workplace. Participants engage with real-world application and leave with clear, owner-assigned next steps.

This session goes beyond theory. It creates space for honest reflection, shared insight, and forward-moving decisions, helping teams align around what matters most while navigating change with clarity and confidence.

Whether your teams are just beginning to integrate AI or are already feeling its impact, this workshop offers a grounded, human-first approach to building teams that don't just keep up but perform at their best.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Co-create common vocabulary around what effective teams look like in an AI-enabled workplace.

  • Use and leverage the ATPD Team Assessment to surface real strengths, hidden gaps, and specific blockers.

  • Identify where AI accelerates performance and where human judgment remains non-negotiable.

  • Create space for shared decisions about what matters most -- from awareness to agreement.

  • Define specific, owner-assigned commitments so momentum continues after the session.
